John's Blue Power in Meadowlark is Electromagnetic Manipulation. At a basic level, he can sense electromagnetic fields. This is a passive ability, so John is not able to turn it on and off; it's always operating.
He can sense, for example, the weak bioelectric fields generated by living beings and can locate them through that, as well as being able to tell where large, powerful machines are based on the strength of the electromagnetic field they give off. His power works within a 30ft radius.
I would be very grateful if you could fill in the following:

1. Whether your character would 'feel' different to him than a baseline human: nope! she has water and ground based powers though so he might actually sense her even more easily lmao
2. Whether your character has any ability to disrupt his power: nope!
3. Whether you would want to opt out of John sensing your character's field: go ham

1. Whether your character would 'feel' different to him than a baseline human: maybe...? he's functionally immortal, but he's also just human SHRUG EMOJI maybe his electromagnetic field feels tired idk
2. Whether your character has any ability to disrupt his power: nope
3. Whether you would want to opt out of John sensing your character's field: feel free
JO HARVELLE
1. Whether your character would 'feel' different to him than a baseline human: nope
2. Whether your character has any ability to disrupt his power: possibly? her power is molecular manipulation (rn she can speed them up until they explode) so that might affect it, but unsure, whichever is more fun for you
3. Whether you would want to opt out of John sensing your character's field: go for it
